- Sensitize regulated and unregulated staff in all staff positions to potential boundary issues/violations in the professional/client or teacher/student relationship by learning to identify unwise practice,
- Present preventative tips and tools that can be applied immediately to day to day practice,
- Demonstrate how to restore the boundaries through the application of a clear strategic decision-making framework,
- Identify the key drivers of a culture of ethical excellence, while providing the framework for this effective risk management tool,
- Address specific issues such as the prevention and resolution of harassment in the workplace and through training; sensitize staff to appropriate conduct in the workplace.

- Provide a train the trainer series on boundary issues, inclusive of quality control measures on the delivery format and content.
