Claudia Newman, RSW , Principal

With extensive experience in management, health care and professional regulation, and holding certificates in conflict resolution, Ms. Newman consultancy includes work with health and community agencies, regulatory authorities and school boards, in addition to federal and provincial government departments.

She is past President of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and past Chair of the Ontario College of Certified Social Workers. A founding member of hospital ethics committees, previous Director and clinician in health care, Claudia brings her direct experience “to the table”.

Ms. Newman's respect for cultural, religious, language and jurisdictional differences creates a setting that enables difficult discussions to occur and results to be achieved.
